One of Very Senior Executive purchased a Iphone 6s very recently. The default OS was 10.0.2, and we tried to load Lotus Traveller / Mail on this phone, as our Company Mailing system presently is Lotus Notes 8.5.2. Typically it is done through a .mobileconfig file, as we understand, and there are other Iphones 4S, 5S, 6 where it runs as well. However, in this phone .mobileconfig file did not get recongnized at all, and first opened as a text xml file only. We were suggested to upgrade the OS, and we upgraded it to IOS 10.1.1. Still the .mobileconfig file is not running as intended on Iphone 6S.
Can you please help us in providing steps on how to run Lotus Traveler / Mail on Mobile for Iphone 6s?
